Once payment has cleared, all orders are normally dispatched via registered delivery with three to five working days, Monday - Friday. Europe deliveries may take 5-10 working days and the Rest of the World 5-10 working days.
All returns must be via registered delivery. The Terms & Conditions state the conditions under which the Supplier is responsible for paying the return delivery costs. The Customer is responsible for paying the return delivery costs under any other circumstances.
